Family Education Online!
We are compiling recorded “webinars” for our LifeSpan™ clients and their helpers to view online. For anyone not familiar with a “webinar,” it is very simple. It is like watching a simple video (the powerpoint slides—the usual “blue screen” when you attend one of our programs in person) on the internet while listening to the presenter speaking about the slides on your computer speakers.
Our core Family Education Program™, starting in 2010, consists of the following five programs called the “Made Simple Series™”:
Estate Planning Made Simple™
Disability Transitions Made Simple™
My Spouse’s Estate Made Simple™
Receiving My Inheritance Made Simple™
Receiving Wisdom Made Simple™
The following are recorded presentations that you can now view online, anytime, from the comfort of your own home/office on your computer!
Disability Transitions Made Simple™ The “original” LifeSpan™ attorney, Rick Randall of Indianapolis, recently presented this webinar for his clients and their helpers and kindly gave permission for our LifeSpan™ clients and their families watch the recording. He called it “Settlement Made Even Simpler: Disability of A Client” focusing on how the family can plan and prepare for the possibility of a disability, and when that time comes (if it does) what they—the Helpers—need to do. Rick’s experience with his clients is very similar to ours, and his planning process is very much like ours. To register and watch, you will be asked to type in your First Name, Last Name, and email address. We would also very much appreciate it if you would send an email to Gayla (our education coordinator, at
gayla@ussonet.net) to let her know you when have watched this, so we can give you ‘credit’ for participation in Family Education offerings! Click

My Spouse’s Estate Made Simple™ The “original” LifeSpan™ attorney, Rick Randall of Indianapolis, recently presented this webinar for his clients and their helpers and kindly gave permission for our LifeSpan™ clients and their families watch the recording. He called it “Death Settlement Made Even Simpler for Clients” and it assumes a certain amount of foundational knowledge (like what we mean by the IRS Checkout or a school bus trust) and sounds like he is talking to the planning clients, not so much their children or other Helpers. The goal is to help Clients prepare for trust settlement time, and when that time comes know what they—the surviving spouse, if at the first death, or other Helpers at the death of the last client—need to do. Rick’s experience is very similar to ours, and his planning process is much like ours. To register and watch the webinar you will be asked to type in your First Name, Last Name, and email address. We would also very much appreciate it if you would send an email to Gayla (our education coordinator, at
gayla@ussonet.net) to let her know when you have watched this, so we can give you ‘credit’ for participation in Family Education offerings! Click
